Dr. Quay William Parrott III
DDS, MS
Dr. Parrott graduated cum laude from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA in 1990 with a BS in Biology. He spent seven years doing HIV vaccine research for the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine and the Institute of Human Virology before deciding to pursue a career in dentistry. He graduated magna cum laude from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery – University of Maryland Dental School in 2002.

In 2005, he earned both a certificate in Orthodontics and a Master’s of Science degree in Orthodontics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Dental School. In May 2005, he bagan working at an established orthodontic practice in central Virginia, primarily in their Waynesboro office. In May of 2006, he became the owner and sole practitioner at that Waynesboro location and Parrott Orthodontics was created.

Dr. Erika Babikow
DMD, MS
Dr. Erika Babikow is a highly skilled dental professional with a passion for providing exceptional care to her patients. She earned her degree in dental medicine from the University of Pittsburgh and went on to complete her orthodontic residency at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Babikow is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA) and the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO), staying up-to-date with the latest advances in her field.

Originally from Lancaster, PA, Dr. Babikow now resides in Harrisonburg, VA with her husband Joe, their daughter Amelia, and their beloved furbaby Kip. She and Joe met as undergraduates at EMU and are thrilled to be back in the Valley, allowing her to provide top-notch dental care to the greater Augusta area.
When she’s not caring for her patients, Dr. Babikow enjoys an active lifestyle that includes running and gardening, as well as listening to podcasts. One of her favorite hobbies is making homemade ice cream, with blueberry being her go-to flavor. With her dedication to excellence and compassionate approach to patient care, Dr. Babikow is a valued member of the dental community in Harrisonburg and beyond.

John, Office Manager
Bio
John, Dr. Parrott’s much younger brother, joined our team in September of 2013 after settling down in the Shenandoah Valley. He grew up in Louisiana and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2003. He fills multiple roles in the office including accounting, billing, and serving as an orthodontic lab technician. In his free time he enjoys playing guitar, hiking, & listening to music.
Sophia, Scheduling Coordinator
Bio
A proud native of Augusta County, Sophia is a 2020 graduate of Riverheads High School. She pursued her academic journey at Blue Ridge, earning her associates degree. With a warm heart for helping others, Sophia finds joy in her work. Outside of her professional life, you’ll find her exploring new destinations, engaging in sports, orcherishing moments with her loved ones.
Megan, Treatment/Marketing Coordinator
Bio
Megan was born and raised in Augusta County. She has been with Parrott Orthodontics since 2014. She has 9 years as a clinical assistant under her belt. She just stepped into the role of treatment coordinator. She enjoys meeting and building relationships with patients and their families. She is married to her highschool sweetheart, Nick. Together they have two daughters, Sage and Shiloh. Outside of the office you can find her spending time with her family, skiing, going to Target, working out, and hanging with her friends.
Vickie, Financial Coordinator
Bio
Vickie has worked in the orthodontic field since 1991. While she has served in many capacities over the years, she currently works in our financial department. Vickie and her husband, Butch, have been married for 42 years. Together they have two children and three adorable grandsons. Vickie and her husband enjoy running field trials with their dogs. She also likes to travel and spoil her grandsons.
Chloe, Clinical Assistant/ Marketing Coordinator
Bio
Chloe grew up in Stuarts Draft, VA and graduated from Riverheads High School in 2020. She started working for Dr. Parrott straight out of highschool. She enjoys working with her older sister, Megan. Her favorite part of the job is building relationships with the families and making people laugh. In her free time she coaches soccer, spends time with friends and family, works out, and watches Netflix.
Brittany, Clinical Assistant
Bio
Brittany was born and raised in Augusta County. She has been a dental assistant since 2015. She started working with Dr. Parrott as an assistant in 2018. She enjoys shopping and spending time with her husband and their daughter.
Debbie, Clinical Assistant
Bio
Debbie has been a clinical orthodontic assistant since 2003. She enjoys working with patients to help them overcome any dental anxiety. Debbie was born and raised in Waynesboro, VA. She married her highschool sweetheart, Ronnie. They have two children, Alexandra and Tyler, and a Shitzu named Sophie. In her free time she enjoys family activities, UVA sports, and going to the movies.
Jerika, Clinical Assistant
Bio
Jerika, our vibrant clinical assistant, joined our team in 2023. Her infectious enthusiasm makes her a joy to work with and she loves building meaningful connections with patients to ensure they feel at ease. Outside of work, Jerika cherishes moments with her four children, balancing her commitment to both family and Parrott Orthodontics.
Abby, Clinical Assistant
Bio
Abby grew up in Athens, GA (Go Dawgs!) and found her way to Virginia in 2015. Embracing her role as an orthodontic assistant since 2018, she brought her expertise to Parrott Orthodontics in 2022. Grateful for the enriching collaboration with Dr. Parrott, Abby has absorbed invaluable knowledge and experiences. Beyond her career, she treasures moments with her husband and fur babies when not making beautiful smiles at work.
Tara, Clinical Assistant
Bio
Tara embarked on her journey in orthodontics as an assistant/ lab technician in 2017. In 2022, she brought her skills to Parrott Orthodontics, where her commitment to patient care shines alongside her laboratory prowess. Tara’s genuine passion for orthodontics is deeply rooted and she attributes her success to the invaluable mentorship provided by Dr. Parrott.

Yanali, a rising star in our orthodontic team, embarked on her journey with Parrott Orthodontics during highschool, completing a mentorship that fueled her passion. Graduating in 2023, she seamlessly transitioned into a pivotal role within our office. With aspirations to pursue hygiene school, Yanali’s commitment to dental excellence and her early integration into the world of orthodontics showcase her dedication and drive for continued growth in the field.
Angelica, Clinical Assistant
Bio
Bringing a seasoned background in orthodontics, Angelica became a valuable addition to our team in 2023. A devoted mother of two, with the anticipation of a third on the way, she finds immense joy in family moments. Outside of orthodontics, Angelica finds bliss in quality family time, indulging in Target shopping sprees, and sipping on Starbucks coffee- the perfect blend of professional dedication and personal enjoyment.
