Your First Visit

Knowing where to begin when it comes to orthodontics can be overwhelming. At Parrott Orthodontics, we take the confusion out of the treatment. We have a range of tools designed to make the orthodontic experience a smooth, streamlined one for all patients, from our Patient Portal to flexible payment plans.

Patient Forms

When you arrive for your first visit, please bring your completed health information and insurance forms (download below). Your initial exam will last approximately one hour. In most cases, we will provide an evaluation that will outline your existing orthodontic problems and proposed treatment.

Cost

The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient’s problems and the estimated treatment time. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before committing to treatment at Parrott Orthodontics. We have payment options to suit most budgets and accept most insurance plans. We will file, or will assist you in filing, the necessary paperwork for your insurance provider. We work hard to make orthodontics affordable to all.

Fees

In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established these financial policies:

If full payment is made by cash or check at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount.
To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards.
In cases of serious delinquency, treatment may be discontinued, although we will make every effort to accommodate patients with temporary difficulties.

Financing & Insurance

We’ll ensure that you receive all that you’re entitled to with your insurance coverage, from helping you understand your plan to filing the right paperwork. Making high-quality orthodontics affordable is our goal, which is why we also provide flexible payment plans and communicate our estimates and fees clearly before treatment begins.
